| Staffan Guttman I live in Stockholm, Sweden. Since the late 1950'th photography has been a hobby for much of my time. I have learned to appreciate the image both as an art and as a power to convey messages. It began by snap shooting my family, friends and landscapes. Then I became interested in black white and learned how to develop and copy my own black-white film. Years later photography became mean for documentation while on world-wide journeys. Color images and black-whites from visits in third world countries were used for lecturing on media and culture in University education. I have always traveled light and this requires cheep compact systems. In the digital time it has been easier to use small equipments with a little higher quality. I will build my site in Sitohd to mirror work in different environments from different countries. I hope it will be interesting also for others to take part of. Right now I work with two camera systems: - Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3. The camera uses a Leica lens DC Vario-Sumicron 1:2. 0-2.8/5.1-12.8 ASPH. - Panasonic Lumix GF3.
